After that, you pay Laka's standard community-priced rate, which is normally between £5 and £15 a month depending on your bike and level of cover.
- Is the code AZTECS30 only for Aztecs Bikes customers?
No. The code is open to anyone, but we recommend Laka because we've worked with them for years and trust how they handle claims. You don't need to have bought your bike from us to use the code.
- Does Laka cover bikes bought second-hand?Yes. This is one of the main reasons we recommend Laka over many UK competitors. Most insurers refuse second-hand bikes or require a recent receipt. Laka covers them as long as you can describe the bike and provide a reasonable valuation.
- Does Laka cover Cycle to Work scheme bikes?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. The Cycle to Work scheme doesn't include insurance. If your bike is stolen, you continue paying the salary deductions for a bike you no longer have. Laka cover starts the day your bike arrives.
