Pre-order online to secure your product and we'll prepare it for you at our East London workshop (E3 3XS). You'll receive a message when your order is ready for collection.

Option 2 — Delivered fully built, anywhere in England & Wales
We deliver through our specialist partner, Cycle Courier Co. Because they carry bikes on purpose-built van racks: no box, no flat-pack, we can hand your bike over fully assembled and safety-checked by our own workshop, ready to ride the moment it arrives.

That means:

• Your bike is professionally built by our mechanics — a £60 pro build, included — not shipped in a box for you to put together yourself.
• Your manufacturer's warranty stays fully intact. A bike assembled incorrectly at home can void the warranty on the frame and components — building it professionally protects it. You can then have your bike serviced or make a warranty claim at any local bike shop that deals with your brand (e.g. Genesis), wherever you live in the country.
• On top of that, our build is backed by our own workshop.
• Fully insured in transit, with a no-loss / no-damage policy and live Uber-style tracking.
• You choose the day that suits you, with a 3-hour timeslot confirmed the evening before.

Delivery is a flat rate anywhere in England & Wales:

• Turbo trainer — £39
• Kids' bikes — £55
• Non-electric bikes — £79
• Electric bikes under 25kg — £99
• Electric bikes over 25kg — £129
