Click & Collect
We currently offer Click & Collect from our store in E3 3XS, East London. Customers can buy and pay online, then collect their order in-store once notified that the item is ready.
Home Delivery (On Demand Only)
We do not offer automated home delivery via the website currently. Home delivery may be arranged on demand and is subject to:

2.1 In-Store Purchases (Shop Refund Policy)
Items purchased in-store at Aztecs Bikes are not covered by the online 14-day cancellation policy.
For in-store purchases:
We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items
Instead, we offer shop credit, valid for 12 months, redeemable in-store only
Conditions for receiving shop credit:
Item must be unused;
In original packaging;
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable in-store items include:
Custom-built bikes (e.g., Elves Bikes);
Unsealed or used helmets;
Perishable goods;
Certain clothing items (for hygiene reasons).
Faulty goods purchased in-store will be assessed and resolved in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.2 Online Orders – 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers who purchase items online have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In addition to your legal rights, Aztecs Bikes offers customers up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible online orders for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the Return Conditions below.

Return Shipping Costs
Return postage for online orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend:
- Using a tracked shipping service;
- Retaining your proof of postage;
- Considering shipping insurance for high-value items (e.g., bikes, frames).
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
Unused;
In their original packaging;
Complete with all components and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Timeframe
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 days to the original payment method.
If you do not see your refund after 10–15 working days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays
3. If the issue persists, please contact us at hello@aztecsbikes.com
Sale or discounted items may not be refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom-Built or Special-Order Bikes
Custom orders such as Elves Bikes
Bikes built or configured to the customer’s specification
These items fall under “personalised goods” in UK consumer law and are not eligible for cancellation or return, unless faulty.
Safety Equipment
For hygiene and safety reasons: helmets that have been unsealed, tried on, or used cannot be returned.
Perishable Goods
Any consumable product with an expiration date (lubricants, fluids, etc.) is not eligible for return once opened.
Certain Types of Clothing
For hygiene reasons, some clothing items (such as base layers or padded shorts) cannot be returned once worn or unsealed.
4. Warranty Information
Workshop Labour Warranty
Our workshop labour is covered by a 6-month warranty, depending on:
Usage;
Type of parts fitted;
Recommended maintenance being followed.
This warranty does not cover:
Negligence;
Lack of maintenance;
Wear & tear;
Misuse of the bicycle.
Parts Purchased from Aztecs Bikes
Parts purchased and installed by our store include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. We will inspect the item and liaise with the manufacturer if needed.
Warranties do not cover:
Accidental damage;
Improper installation by third parties;
General wear & tear.
Parts Supplied by the Customer
If you bring your own parts:
We do not handle the warranty;
You are fully responsible for sourcing the correct part;
We accept no liability if it is the wrong size, incompatible, or defective.
Punctures
No tyre is 100% puncture-resistant. Unless a verifiable manufacturing fault is present, punctures are not covered under warranty.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.
