It’s hard to believe it has been four years since we first opened our doors at 4 Corsican Square. What started as a passion project to serve the cyclists of East London has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined, but we’ll be honest, it hasn't been an easy ride.

Starting a business from scratch is a mountain to climb. We’ve watched with heavy hearts as many beloved bike shops across the country have been forced to close their doors. As we approach the end of our first five-year lease, we’ve faced the same tough questions every small business in London faces: with rising costs and a changing city, is it sustainable to keep going?

There were moments of doubt. But then, we look at what we’ve built together. We look at the 700 of you who left us a review, the 80+ members of our club, and the incredible machines we get to build every day.

You are the reason we chose to keep pushing. As we celebrate our 4th anniversary, we aren't just celebrating a date on the calendar; we’re celebrating the fact that, thanks to your support, we are still here, we are growing, and we are officially award-winning.

🏆 1. We’re Officially Award-Winning: BikeBiz IBD of the Year!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Aztecs Bikes has won Independent Bike Dealer (IBD) of the Year at the 2025 BikeBiz Awards!

This win feels incredibly special because of the journey it took to get here. In 2024, we were honoured to be named a finalist, but we didn’t bring the trophy home. Instead of being discouraged, we used it as fuel. We spent the last 12 months working harder, refining our workshop standards, and deepening our commitment to the East London cycling community.

This year, we’ve taken our technical expertise to the next level as a specialist partner for Elves Bikes in London. We’ve recently rolled two stunning custom builds out of the workshop:
